Ben Moerbitz operates GlowUp.ai and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, login credentials): to create your account and keep your purchases available. Legal basis: contract.
• Photos you upload: sent to our AI provider only to produce your personalized routine recommendations. We store the resulting plans and progress entries, not the photos. Legal basis: contract and your consent.
• Purchase records (what you bought, when, order ID): to unlock your results and handle refunds. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser info, usage logs): for security, fraud prevention, and fixing problems. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host the app, store data, and run the AI analysis.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, processing payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and results while your account is active, and purchase records as long as tax law requires. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us and we'll respond within one month.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted server-side access to protect your data.

Cookies

We only use essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
