GlowUp.ai is operated by Ben Moerbitz ("we", "us"). When you use GlowUp.ai or buy anything from it, you are contracting with Ben Moerbitz. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

The service

GlowUp.ai uses artificial intelligence to review photos you upload and produce a personalized self-care assessment, a 90-day skincare and grooming routine blueprint, and a 30-day habit challenge. Each is a one-time digital purchase that stays unlocked on your account.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account and for giving accurate information.

Acceptable use

• Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, or sexual content, and no deepfakes or impersonation.
• No spam, malware, scraping, probing, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass payment or technical limits.
• No attempts to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI.

We may remove content, refuse to produce results, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Rights holders can report infringing content by contacting us; repeat infringers will lose access.

AI results

Results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are general wellness, skincare, and grooming suggestions, not medical, dermatological, nutritional, or professional advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting new treatments or exercise. You are responsible for how you use the results.

Intellectual property

We own the GlowUp.ai service, software, branding, and content. You keep ownership of your photos and give us a limited license to process them only to provide the service. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your results; do not resell or redistribute them.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund terms are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep GlowUp.ai available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargebacks, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. You can stop using the service at any time.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
